KINGSTON TECHNICAL CONTRACTING LLC rests with the Managing Director / Manager operations who is responsible for the direction and development of our company, carries prime responsibility for the operation and regular formal review of company policies and its effectiveness.
Responsibility for the maintenance of the QMS is delegated to the quality assurance Engineer or Management Representative in the role of quality Assurance Engineer. In either capacity he may inspect work being carried out and reject the work or stop the process until corrective action is implemented.
The responsibility and authority for managing the day to day operations of the work is delegated to the Manager operation. The fabrication shop supervisors are responsible for the supervision of fabrication and inspection carried out in the workshop.
Supervisors are required to inspect work under their supervision and to stop work which fails to meet requirements and to determine the disposition of rejected work. Each supervisor is provided with the relevant information and resources such as skilled personnel, material and serviceable equipment needed to achieve the company’s requirements for quality.
Levels of responsibility and authority are controlled, delegated and communicated to company employees by formal job descriptions where relevant. The company’s quality objectives are communicated to its employees during formal and informal briefings.
